• Built the entire agentic stack in-house with no orchestration frameworks: document-ingestion agents that read raw planning files, a decorator-based tool harness that registers plain Python functions as agent-callable tools with schemas derived from their type signatures, retrieval with agentic query expansion, and guardrails. An LLM provider is the only external dependency.
• Every answer returns exact policy and section citations. In a legal domain that is a hard correctness requirement, not a nicety, and it sits alongside compliant handling of the personal data contained in public application files.
• Supplies the planning data layer that Speed-Deed's product depends on in production.
